Your life becomes an mmo but everytime you die you respawn as a fetus in your mothers womb and have to start life all over again while everything around you does not change.

you can shoot lasers from your mouth but you burn through all your teeth when you first fired it, also your tongue is now gone as well, somehow your throat is ok

You can no longer sleep, turning you into an insomniac, but because of the nature of your wish, you can live perfectly fine without sleep. BUT as time passes you start to lose track of time and you start to go insane because the brain cannot intake the information processed due to no sleep.
