They really do a great job with the CG in this show when it counts, the battles look and sound great, and they'd never be able to animate the same shots in 2D on a TV Anime budget.

As for content, they're doing what I expected for this last couple of episodes.

Skipping one battle from the Manga and seemingly rolling some elements of it into the battle that followed, but they've changed quite a few details of that latter battle already so the next episode will probably veer even further off course from a 1:1 adaptation, should be some good action, but some stuff is inevitably gonna get cut for time too.

The show is selling pretty well so there's a fair chance of a season 2.

Hopefully they won't do irreparable damage to the canon and they'll be able to pick up a second season more or less following the Manga properly again.

Your an rrelevant shit   Still I actually wouldn't be all that upset if it ended on a cliffhanger, the anime did a well enough job to get me more than interested in the manga. I should've been reading it before since I liked BLAME!, Noise and have been reading Biomega, but I had no idea it existed aka didn't bother to look. According to Crunchroll they're actually going to put the first season up on Netflix which is good.

Better start from the beginning.

Overall good show, but the decisions they made regarding what they've changed or left out in the second half have been quite detrimental.

Especially with the reveal after the credits during this episode and the scene where Placentajiro wasn't at the Lab seemingly happening now, before important scenes in the Manga that set those parts up.

In the first half of the show the changes were negligible.

Season 2 confirmed though.
