Oh him, they never explained why he's a fox guy.

And PT, Unohana doesn't strike me as a careless one. And if Zaraki is stronger than her now, then why call it training for Zaraki? As much as I hate flashbacks, I would really want to see one on these two.

I think Zaraki has more raw power than her, while she is more skilled. That's why they were afraid of training Zaraki since he would become a completely unstoppable killing machine.

As far as I know, yes its the healing stingray, but maybe the sword has the ability to change itself.

She wasnt the captain of the 11th squad when Zaraki came about. I remember that Zaraki ended up KILLING the previous captain in one blow.

So the stab to his neck definitely happened, seeing the blood spatter still on her face. I think she's using a healing sword and will pretty much kill him over and over again with it, making him stronger.

something like that...

pretty much they're going to fight to the death over and over again until kenpachi is better than her and he ends up killing her.

or maybe she has some kind of time reversal power so when kenpachi gets killed, they jump back to just before.
