As you know there are 7 spots, and by the timeskip there were 3 vacancies. We know buggy took one, so that leaves 2 spots. I think a supernova took one of the spots, and only 1 supernova's abilities fit the bill.

Yeah neither do I, but its been 2 years. People change, and if he's a shichibukai then that's a huge change.
