There will be a chapter, but then there is a 3 week break.

No Oda isn't taking a break, its just that Shonen Jump is on a break.

Well...Brook's is more like "the coldness of a dead soul" rather than ice, but I also think it would look a bit weird...but I just can't helpbut think that aokiji will end up next to luffy

And what makes you think Smoker doesn't know haki? Or hasn't been training too during the timeskip? I think they are even.

Smoker can move as fast as Luffy, both have haki, and Smoker has those seastone weapons which counter his DF moves.

Again I say he's even.

Of course this is based on my assumption that Smoker trained as much as Luffy did during the timeskip. Considering he is a VA now, I think its a valid assumption.

I doubt Luffy will be able to beat Smoker, mainly because of the Sea Stone weapon, I think they'll be evenly matched but Luffy will finally manage to get some hits in

Doubt it, Zoro doesn't want to go all out on Tashigi since she reminds him so much of Kuina...if anything they would end up together in the end... iiiiiiiifff shounen allowed for that kind of stuff :/

Haki is the key word here, without the ability to use it he needs to use his brains to hit him.
