Somehow I think Luffy's Busoshoku Haki will break Bartolomeo's barrier.

It may not negate DF powers but if it can hit Logia Users then hitting a Paramecia type wouldn't be a problem.

Since in the long run Logia's DF are considered the strongest and rarest aside from Mythological Zoan Types. And Paramecia are sometimes considered the weakest of the 3.

I always thought that Logias were like... the most reliable to be powerful, then Zoans were generally worse, but varied with mythical zoans to sometimes be better than logias... then paramecias were almost universally worse than logias (but not always), but incredibly varied.

So like on a scale from 0 to 10, zero being described as "hardly worth not being able to swim for anyone" and ten being maximum, logias generally are like 8-9, zoans are usually around maybe a 5 for most cases with a few being about a 6.5 (like X-Drake's powers), and a few being 10s (Like Marco's, and maybe Sengoku's)
Then paramecias are usually around a 4, but there are probably a few that are like around 2, and a very rare few that are maybe around a 9 (Like the Gura Gura no mi)

But these are just general rankings, different devil fruits have weaknesses specific to other devil fruits... like how the Goro Goro no mi is a particularly potent logia class devil fruit, but when used in a straightforward fashion is totally ineffective against gomu gomu no mi users.

So if you have a choice between a random logia, a random paramecia, and a random zoan, the logia is probably the best bet for getting really good powers, but it's not like logias are always better than zoans which are always better than paramecias.
