as far as we know games get account bound, if you get your account perm banned they let you carry the games to a new account ?

They still have that mandatory Kinect requirement too.
$500 price tag too.

They still have some work to do before I even consider getting one.
The only reason they decided to change the policies in the first place was because Sony was kicking their ass in pre-orders.

I probably still won't purchase the X1. In my eyes this was MS testing the waters to see what they could get away with in a console. With the PS4 it stopped them from really pushing their own agenda and forced them to think of the profit margins. If a companies agenda is that visibly greedy count me out.
