After Heise's article they stopped doing that :P. They tried it again with Skype but MS didn't visit the links anymore.

Probably not... but I imagine unless the Xbox1 is unexpectedly easy to develop for, there will be significantly lower ratio of games that get ported to the Xbox1 as compared to the 360.

On the flipside, it could also mean publishers could want to push more on the XBone because of the anti-consumer practices that they would love. Going where the money is and all that.
