just encountered my first douchebag, was in an instance dungeon matching and it was my first time in the lvl 41 dungeon, and i do one thing wrong, he calls me a peace of shit, and threatened to report me, and post the situation on the forums.....can i really get banned for that? not know the dungeon layout, making a small mistake because they didnt help me? thats just bogus if i can get banned for that.....especially when

ofc you won't get banned, it's your first time in the dungeon if they don't help you out it's their problem and you have to learn with your mistakes.
don't worry about it

i always warned ppl when i was doing an instance the first time and asked if there was anything i should be aware of in bosses, people always helped me out.

and I even have a cooling fan, it just randomly shuts off when I was in the middle of playing. I need to open my laptop and give it a thorough cleaning from dust probably.

Well that's what you get when on a laptop :|
they are more likely to have over-heating problems

I haven't cleaned my PC in years, i can see all the dirt and dust from the transparent side of the tower.
But since it's winter, it's ok, i'll probably clean it when the weather starts heating up again.

Well it is 4 years old so that may be why as well. I have never opened it to clean the fan, besides I don't have space in my room for a nice desktop. (Though I could probably make some but I'm too lazy)
