I don't know about that, there was some nice art and animation in this ep, but there was also some inconsistent art and a few rushed animation cuts that caught your attention, nowhere near as bad as 5 though, and I'd say overall better than average for the show especially considering it wasn't an action episode.

I dunno why Sammy, if I see two guys in real life I just say meh I don't care cause I know several gay couples who are the nicest people on earth yet they dont get benefits like other married couples do so they get my sympathy, but if I see two men kiss in an anime or a show I flail around I really don't know why

The Manga and Anime are both adaptations of the Novel, and the Anime has been a more faithful adaptation so far.

The Manga has ecchi designs (the 12 year old versions of the characters are bustier than the 14 year old versions in the Anime)and uses the Yuri to drum up sales to the point of softcore Hentai whilst dispensing with the yaoi entirely, though both are part of the original story.

What no yaoi you say??? Better start reading the manga

Two years earlier everyone was gay for each other too.

They just stated it (the Bonobo style society of love thing) rather than showing it, I'm guessing because it'd be harder to get past the TV censors while they were at that age, like how Saki and Satoru didn't get busy while they were captives in episode 5 but in the novel they had oral sex before the peeking Queerat guard killed the mood (but there's some promotional art of Saki and Maria getting soapy at 12).

And they're actually all bi but homosexual relationships are encouraged by their society over heterosexual ones at a young age mainly as a population control measure like in the Forever War.

I'm not sure, but since it's in both the Manga and promo art for the Animu there's a good chance it's in the source material too.

Wish the Novel was translated.

The first two chapters Aidoru did don't even reach the end of the first episode, though they're far more detailed.

Well, that was a drastic shift. Can't wait for the next ep.
