Some things I noticed:

-iron sights for snipers like in WaW
-Select fire indicator at bottom right. Will we be able to select different modes now?
-Dolphin dive is back.
-point streak system doesn't seem to be in BOII (shooting down air support doesn't add to meter)
-new display near the end with match stats. new way to spectate in new theater mode?
-no more auto-sway when scoped snipers zoom in like in BO.
-Lightning Strike = possible killstreak
-some loadouts show that not all 3 perk slots are used up, one slot is sacrificed for something like 2 attachments for a weapon. Another loadout shows that a primary weapon and grenades aren't even equipped for more perk slots. Possibly the new point distribution system for balancing.
-sniper shots leave a distinctive trail.

all I saw in that trailer is cheap deaths, ultra fast kills, more ridiculous kill streaks to get cheap kills/deaths.

and f'ing e-sports commentating now? ffs.

just gonna get the russian version again like with mw3 -_-

Okay, it seems like I was wrong about the knife. It's still the melee, but it looks like there is no lunge on it whatsoever. Not even a little.

There's a perk that will let you be invisible to that.

and since the gameplay shown is still alpha, I hope Treyarch adds the pump up music at the beginning of matches.
