[Multi-Plat] Call of Duty: Black Ops II

After hearing the lead designer of black ops defending the aging engine saying how great it is to see a game that's running 60 fps, i'd say they have their heads up their anus and not even gonna bother even if it doesn't sell.

speaking of which, u gonna buy this? lol i could use a stupid shooter to play with friends.

Well, there's nothing wrong with their heavily modified engine, it can run a decent amount of particle effects and manages to stay relatively nice looking running at 60fps. Though, it's mostly the hardware at fault here, not Activisions cocky attitude. There really isn't much they can expand, building an engine from scratch would benefit in ways but it's already to late to do that.

And the PC version has dedicated servers. But who plays COD on PC nowadays. :P

And the matchmaking is no longer using region-based matchmaking; it's all about latency and ping now.
