She never knew why he did it in F/SN and she was still angry at him for it, though she was reluctant to speak ill of him in front of Shirou because he thinks so highly of his adoptive father.

She had arguably one of the happier endings of the cast though, her family's still together in her mind.

They don't have the same weapon though.

F/SN has Gay Bulges and F/Z has Gay Durg/Buidhe.

Though, if it was the same Lancer (it isn't) then he wouldn't have remembered anything from Fate/Zero if he was summoned again in the next war.

Saber retains her memories of F/Z because she's a special case who become a heroic spirit before dying and is frozen in time before her death, this is also why she can't go into spirit form like other Servants.

And Gilgamesh retains his memories in F/SN because he sticks around from F/Z until F/SN.
