It's a mixture of decreasing audience share (thanks to simulcasting putting the episodes out there fast) and a lack of spare time and/or interest for the subbers who must feel their work becoming increasingly redundant as many thousands flock to the earliest watchable upload (Horriblesubs).

I hope UTW at least sticks around to do the BDs when they come.

Nah.

The fact that they used the PV for both episodes tells me episode 3 has no PV-friendly action so they needed to preview episode four for the BahZahKah fight snippets.

We'll get lots of Kirei's sekushi voice in episode 3 though, and Saber wearing a yellow raincoat like Shiki.
