I agree, it was the best part of the chapter. Only would have been better if they were next to each other so Zoro could have punched Luffy.

naw i didnt mind at all. just watching him take on the "first mate" role was soo satisfying this sits with the zoro and kuma incident.

I'm sorry but they deserved to get smoked like that. Instead of following orders, they decided to delay and fight the Strawhats. They all could have made it through the door, but nope and they paid for it.

No they couldn't, they are minor characters, either action would have the same outcome they just had to attack the strawhats so the sword lady could show off her blocking skills and impress Zoro =)
