My prediction will be that Chopper will do a sneak attack while Vergo and Monette are distracted. Or Franky will wake up and Beam the shit out of the cage and do something about the sea stone covering Luffy and co.

And since they mention that Ceaser may be on his way to do an experiment killing everyone outside(he may use the children since he went to pick them up). most likely Usopp and Nami will get captured or run away. While Zoros group may either help Usopp and Nami .

Zoro's group may encounter Ceaser and they got 3 swordsmans they may take him down. Most likely Brook with his Ice Sword and since he cant breath(no nose) he and the samurai might bring him down
