About the haki, I think they have the armament, and the detection haki. They used armament to hurt the Caribou and were able to detect his presence in the palace.

Also Chopper and Law were PRICELESS.

I think vegapunk has a devil fruit that made him super smart. I'm sure he did something to Law when he was younger.

I think what Luffy inhaled was a strong sleeping gas... this guy ate the gas gas fruit which would mean he can produce any kind of gas, not just poisonous

And I agree with WW, I think it is Vegapunk and he did do something to Law when Law was youger, Law obviouly knew this person already... i also think this is somhow connected with Law's emblem resembling so much DonFlamingo's, I guess Law was either part of th government before or a guinnea pig
