The real problem is with the NRA. It's the US gun lobby that demands guns be available to everyone with as little hassle as possible. They don't even care about gun safety anymore, just gun ownership. It's clear that their only goal is to boost profit from firearms.

Destructo, you're right, they shouldn't be banned. They need better gun control so that you can't get a gun in 10 minutes.
Don't let people buy high caliber automatic rifles, put high taxes on guns, etc

@PT: I'm pretty sure most places in the US have banned automatic weapons, but there are still places where you can just buy one straight up off a table without any checks of a gun license or anything lol
