Could have done without some of the dragged on moments and the somewhat slow first 45 minutes, but after the movie, I thought " Yeah, that was great, can't wait for the part 2"

I know this stuff is to be expected after the book was going to be split into three movies and I love that Jackson wanted to tell more of the story, but some of these scenes still went on a little longer than it should have.
