I think that's how I treated it. I mean I may have have worked at home via VPN sometimes but I usually compartmentalized my job and other things. Learning to do a job takes 100% concentration though.

As for being passionate about it, I went to college for 7 years, and 4 of those years because I want to develop video games. Over the years I've changed my mind, but I still believe it's something I do very well, so I put a lot of time into it to get better. EDIT - if I weren't a programmer, I would be a mechanic or a full time musician. But neither really requires college in the first place.

I only noticed them very late into the game, so maybe you need to save more people, i don't know.
Should be your normal button push that you use for everything else (skinning , getting loot, etc)
