The reason women carry large bags is to keep an excessive amount of things in it, not just because they look pretty. So tonight was interesting. Went to the bar wanting to practice some songs. Turned out to be a contest night. I had a cough, I still got an 8 out of 10 from each judge, totally not ready. Came in last, got eliminated. But I don't care, because I could join a rock band if I really wanted to. Thinking of looking into a part time cover band. I'm definitely done with contests though. Not a good judge of my singing.

I'm a rock/metal singer. But I don't mind some classical thrown into the mix. For example, tonight I sang Whitesnake - Still of the Night and Muse - Starlight. The bartender actually said I was the only one out of 8 that sang with soul!
