you can always try using the magnet tool if you want something done quickly but its not very.....smooth sometimes

Yeah, I want this thing to be perfect. I'll be damned if I cut corners on my very first PhotoShop project, lol.

Plus I'm trying to get all the thin individual strands of hair, like you see on top of her head and there's one draping over her shoulder.

you know in all seriousness, you really will not be able to tell the jagged edges with a picture so large if youre just gonna make a sig, but if youre making a wallpaper then yeah continue

Yeah, I have two monitors (one temporarily until I replace the broken one) and the second one is in portrait mode, so it's going to be for a wallpaper on that monitor.
