I'm pretty sure they censored all female stuff by making it less skimpy, Pai would know for sure though.
I actually got the uncensored version for all females, Pai posted links along time ago

The only "censoring" they did for castanics was cover up the nipples on a couple different leather armors. everything else is intact. just wait till you're past 40 and you'll start things getting skimpy on them for sure
