Claymore is over

If you thought the anime end was unsatisfying...wait till you see the manga end.

All reports say that it was the final chapter, Claymore has been delisted from the magazine that it was in.

WTF I just read that chapter earlier. I didn't know it was gonna go on hiatus.

As for the chapters Bio: Chapter 126. And its as bad as the anime end.

The ending for this (and Bakuman, I believe), could certainly have used a few "clean-up" chapters in order to flesh out unfinished storylines. Whether a sequel or resumption takes place, either would be better than the ending given. This type of ending is why I've given up on a lot of Sci-Fi authors, as they seem to write themselves into a corner, and then with a few strokes of the pen (or keyboard, I guess), suddenly all is happy and right and the characters are triumphant. Never mind the sub-plots left hanging in the breeze, everything's okay now! Pffffft!
Oh well, perhaps an announcement will be forthcoming..................

The main article (not the discussion) just gives me an error message. The gist I get is that the Italian company that publishes this manga there issued a statement that this was not the end, but confirmation has yet to come from Japan or the author.................... so people are as confused as ever at the moment.

well, we'll see, I guess.........
