Claymore ending was NOT that bad!

I'm speaking as someone who has only watched the anime and not read the manga, so I don't know how epic the original ending would be. But whenever people mention Claymore, they always say that the ending was terrible, but it's actually not bad at all for people who haven't read the manga. With that said though, I'm aware that it would have to be redone if there is a second season (ever), but come on guys, the anime creator said he would change it if he made a second season.

So that brings me on to my question, who do I have to kill to get a second Claymore season??! Surely there's enough content in the manga now. Is there even any inkling that we'll get another season?

Reason I ask is because I watched it again for a third time last week, and it is still awesome.

I liked it too. I had not read a single page of the manga so I was able to just watch the show for what it was and I thought it was pretty fun.

I did the mistake of reading the manga first, now I´m too scared to watch the anime and hate it like the vast majority.

Most people seem to have an issue with the last 4-5 episodes, but I'd recommend you watch the show. It is amazing.

Seeing as how a lot of anime/manga differ in their respective storylines (or endings), I don't usually mind the differences. I suppose it comes from seeing so many "adaptations" of books (other genre) down through the years, that I guess I just sort of expect there to BE differences (chalk it up to different author/writer, or artistic license, or whatever). Of course if the book is really epic (or not), it can color your expectations somewhat...........

It wasn't that bad no. It was kinda sudden, but after you've seen the Gantz Anime ending everything seems fine. I started reading the manga after it so i didnt really get bothered by it.

Like shakoor said. Its the last couple of episodes that take a huge twist all of the sudden in order to end the anime. Other than that the series was awesome

Ending was terrible. So many unanswered questions which could suggest a season 2. SPOILER ALERT. What happends to percilla and eastly? Why does everyone keep saying "we'll meet again" and why did the first creature of the abyss go after saying "we will meet again" along with everyone else at the end using that line? What part does the organization play in the clean up of this mess and how do they intend to deal with it? Where are the other single digit claymores that should have come after claire and the others? the ending would not need to change to create a season 2. Just amswer some of these questions is season 2.

It was not that bad my friend was all bitchy and said it blew, but considering all the stuff they cut off it was kind of a nice tie together. And I liked what they did with the gantz anime as well.

I'm sure you guys probably heard by now, but the Claymore manga has finished (apparently a very abrupt ending), so here's hoping we can get a second season of the anime now.

A second season would be really nice but I'm not counting on it.
