I'm really enjoying the show but in all seriousness it has many large holes or laps of intelligent behavior.

1 - The school system knows about the calamity. Why the hell would they risk putting a transfer student into the class in the first place.
2 - Haven't enough people died over the last 20 years? The school would be abandoned or I'd think that parents would pull their students out of the school if they were there.
3 - how many people have died this year? Seriously, why would any parent still even risk going back there.

Like I said, I am enjoying it, but the WTF meter is kinda spiked right now for why this school is even allowed to continue.

ON TOP OF THAT, I've seen a hockey player get his throat slit open by the damn hockey stick and he lived, I'm pretty sure it would have taken a while for that first girl to bleed out and die even if she did hit something important.

AND ON TOP OF THAT, Why the fuck don't they just leave? And why isn't something like this a major issue even if it is all paranormal and hard to believe? You might have a misconception about Mei.
Mei isn't a nice person and that's were you went wrong, you see.
Mei knew the whole thing went bogus but why should she care, she already lost the only person important to her (her sister), she isn't clinging to her life, her 'friends' made her a non-existent person and her mother isn't her real mother and isn't in any danger, veen if she would care for her...
What makes it worse is that the dead person is very dear to MC, who she came to like, which is the only reason she even cared to talk about her knowledge...
It's not stupid, it's just that you misinterpreted Meis character.
