The series was a lot of fun, Shinobu is as cute as I had hoped she would be from the few glimpse we got of her during Bakamongatari. I'll keep an eye out for more sequels, prequels, or whatever else may come from this show.

lol, whenever someone mentions Girls Bravo, this fight scene is always the first thing that comes to mind. I remember the first time I watched it and saw this scene, I replayed that scene like 5 times.

^ That gif is from the second season. Did you not see it? I think the second season has better animation. Also, did you not watch the DVD rip of the series? Because that screen shot looks more like a video quality issue than an animation quality issue.

The animation was staler than the poorly drawn bread on that table...actually I can't even tell if there is bread on that table. Often, something that's painted to look like shit, also moves like shit.

Not necessarily true though, Rex.

Often the tendency in fluidly animated scenes is to reduce art quality and have more off model looking in between frames, which is why a still frame that looks like shit could very well be taken from a well animated scene that looks great in motion.

But I guess you're saying it has bad art and animation generally, I wouldn't know having not seen the show but that gif shows that it must at least have had some flashes of brilliance.
