I'm sorry, what point are you trying to make, exactly?

EDIT: D3 has had its share of problems since release, but none more obvious and damaging than relatively limited loot in the end game and the auction house itself. EVERYONE ended up with the same top tier items because farming some gold and simply buying your equipment was infinitely too easy. Killing the AH and raising the cap with new items is perhaps the only way to infuse some vitality back into the game, which will have players actually have to make due with whatever drops they get and grind on their own for better items. Might just be enough to make the game interesting again.
