And I don't have Sky so the only Anime on TV will continue to be Ghibli movies and/ or Paprika on Filmfour.

Not really, you can watch all these shows and more at your own leisure for free, earlier and at higher quality using the internet anyway.

Since most of the anime watchers in this country presumably do that already I don't rate the channel's prospects too highly.
