Old School Mode disables the vendetta, if you can get a save file that already cleared the game you can get into that and not have to suffer.

Hmm, asked this elsewhere also but basically I finally got a new PS3

Should I get 3 or 4 games Ive wanted to get for AGES now (InFamous 2, Borderlands GOTY, SSX and possibly RDR - Random games I know) for like £40 or just get Last of Us alone for £33?

After just buying The Last of Us, should have bought The Last of Us.
It's better than all of them combined and the online is pretty lively compared to the rest of those games.

The last SSX wasn't great and Borderlands singleplayer is horrible. Don't think many people are playing online anymore since Borderlands 2 came out.
