Anime Faction Online 5.2 Update

A minor update.
More might be added.
- IeptBarakat is now an Admin
- Added a new Favicon for the forums, thanks PT-Desu
- Fixed Custom Post backgrounds to work with the Online Status Icon
- Support for User specific Post backgrounds have been added (Admin process)
- Updated the Announcement bar to show that our Steam Group isn't new anymore.
- Added the AF Greenlight Collection to the announcement bar
- Exploring options for a potential Homepage/Splashscreen
- Cleaned up the Anime section some, locked and archived some threads including.."/ga/ General Anime Chat", "MAL Account Info", and "Anime/Manga/J-Game News & Rumors - Extra, Extra!"
- Sent the language forum into hiding
- Exploring options to optimize the Anime section
More might be added.
