no the people who gave me the money were going to get their money back. how exactly was it 'false pretenses'?

and the figure was defective, i asked if i should send it back and they just told me to keep it and are giving me my money back as compensation

No, it isn't like that.
It's a figure... its purpose is to stand there and look nice. It looks slightly less nice, but it performs its function nearly perfectly.

It's like buying a PS3 that plays every game you own except one that isn't even close to your favorite.

i was originally gonna ask for a replacement, but i'd have to send it back and they would send it through SAL which takes forever and has no tracking number so i dont know when i would get it
