DT you're such a jew. They wouldn't refund unless you return the product. Or else everyone would be filing for refunds over a "broken figure" or "missing piece" and getting money back and having free figures and the company would go bankrupt.

besides, they confirmed it themselves that it was defective and i sent them a pic of it wrapped with the piece missing when i had just opened the box.
plus i sent the email with the pic of the tracking process plus the email when i got the package, plus pics of both of the boxes it came in which were in perfect condition.
so yeah they know i didnt break the figure on purpose
