I do like that because Batman doesn't kill them, when you go and revisit a zone sometimes they have comments on how Batman kicked their 'arses'

But not everybody is super-powered. Most of the NPCs are thugs who are unpowered. Besides, I don't think 'it doesn't have to be realistic because there are super powers in the game' is an excuse that game designers need to stop using. It only cheapens the universe and gives them license to stop thinking.

yes its very saddening, but the guy said since hes got other stuff hes working on he hasnt been paying enough attention to TLR, therefor no monitoring leading to really buggy shit happening, no patches or anything like that so he shut it down

Well they were probably actually looking for testers unlike Valve. Valve it's a competition to be a tester.
