That would depend on the specific torrent, if you use Piratebay for anime like you just said it wouldn't surprise me that their torrents have hardly any seeders.

Just got back home...I went up North this weekend to party at Purdue, ended up sleeping in a truck with my friend cuz we got locked out the house when we went back. He lives out in the country so it was kinda weird and cold as fuck
