Only if you need things at an arm's reach when you're in bed. e.g., alarm clock, jar of water, cellphone/tablet/book, a lamp, condoms, etc.

My phone is my alarm so I have a night stand. And usually any extra junk I have.

I've been meaning to purchase a nightstand for awhile now as I have to keep my cellphone with me in bed to reach it. I still haven't bought a desk yet either. :/ I end up wasting money on other junk.

Gonna spend some of my tax refund on a new shelf for all games/movies/books(actually ran out of room for games), etc. A new dresser, and a nightstand. Tired of the ugly hand-me-down from the 90's.

Kinda match all furniture black.

TV stand=Dresser for me.

Since I built my computer I hardly use my TV exception for some games and Netflix.

For TV watching, usually morning news, wrasllin, Psych, and Doctor Who.

Netflix, and Hulu is really what I need.

Top Gear is a week delay in America so I download it after Sundays. And I can just download Doctor Who before it airs here.
