I won't have time to play it anyway. Not until Friday, that is. I work during the day and go to school during the evenings. Furthermore, I have three exams this week and that's going to be taking away my free time this week.

I wouldn't worry about it too much.

The process is pretty simple.
You walk into the complex office and say you're looking for an apartment. They walk you around and show you what's available. You pick which one you're interested in. They perform a background check usually and make sure you're employed.
You come back when everything checks out and sign the lease.

I guess it could be useful for a lamp or alarm clock.
I like having my alarm clock on my dresser across the room so I have to get out of bed to turn it off.
