The first thought in some kid's head won't be "Better check to see if there's any harm in smoking", but "Fuck damn smoking's cool". Perhaps it's more complicated than that, but who knows. That's what I was arguing.
And I think the problem is... when people usually get hooked on smoking, they don't seriously think ahead... at all. They might let the words cancer or misery dance aroud in their heads, but they won't actually really think about or understand how much worse their lives will be...

Oh and then of course, they have to be idiots, and just start smoking because it seems like a good idea.
Like yeah... smoking's gonna be fucking great because I can blow minute ash particles out of a tube in a way that only adults are supposed to be allowed to. Herp-de-derp.
