After looking at that amazon page, I don't think there's a way to identify if it actually is a bootleg on there :I

the chance of those actually being a bootleg is fairly high, especially with the foreign sellers. The amazon page describes it as a "manga" version when the official title is Miko version. So if it was bootleg and you tried to claim they sold you a false product, amazon couldn't help you.

yea finding a figure that's been out for over 4 years won't be easy, especially when it's highly bootlegged.

you could try ebay and look for sellers with high ratings and are in the US.

the good thing about ebay is that you can message the seller and ask them if the product they are selling is the authentic version before you buy it and you will return it if it's not. you can also ask for proof that it's authentic and etc.

I'd just really dig hard for the real version of a figure if they were costing over $400 like that...

Getting a figure for $30 that's bootleg is one thing, but a $440 bootleg is a whole different level.
