Yea I watched it 3 weeks ago. About the same time I learned about the 3rd movie, which is rated NC-17, lol.

Much better than the first movie.
Still has too much of that lame ass CGI though.

The cgi is awful, but the actual "drawn" parts of it are fucking beautiful. I will definitely be buying this on bluray.

I hope to God that the majority of the 3rd movie will not have a lot of that awful CGI.

Judging by the trailers though, they're making Skully CG.

The CG looks a lot better in the dark, and considering what happens, I think it'll be the best looking of all 3 movies

I dunno why everyone rages about the cgi, it's not THAT bad.

Nah, it's pretty bad.

It works fine for the large battle scenes but they're using it for close up on characters and they stick out like a sore thumb.
The animations are pretty wonky too.

Yup, mouth movements and facial definitions are horrible when it is CG. I don't mind it too much for the large battle scenes, but the one on one stuff should be animated normally.

The CG remains shitty but it is a necessity if we want the large scale battles animated. They really should restrict it to those scenes though, it stands out so badly next to the traditional animation in the quieter scenes, the Ball scene in particular was vomit-worthy.

Also seeing all this early Casca again irritates me knowing that hundreds of chapters later Miura still hasn't restored her sanity.

And dat Charlotte scene, didn't hold back, did they.

They snuck that Farnese and Serpico cameo in there too.
