Well yeah there is a limit to what I think you should show in correspondence to content at what not, but if it's nothing bad it shouldn't be a problem.

My family is Christian too so i know the feels

The problem with filtering what's appropriate and what's not with figures is that female characters dress pretty scantily and then the sculptors like to put in EVERY DETAIL which includes underwear and etc. even if the figure looks totally fine from a distance

I don't know why I care so much about what other people think... I have issues...

Yea I'm not sure what's up with anime loving girls going out with guys that don't like it. I know there's no shortage of girl otakus, heck at Anime Southeast the majority of attendees were girls.
