Well, 1 of 2 things will happen.

My guess is option 3:

Ichigo gets surprised and nearly gets beaten by this guy and Grimmjow swoops in to save his ass.

Also the quincies are the puppets in all of this. Which again makes me wonder what Uryuu and his dad will do about this.
