Odd to see Urahara unprepared. Well speculation time:

1. Ichigo breaks free as usual (go figure)
2. Urahara used a portable gigai and has a plan (he doesn't seem to have Benihime with him however)
3. Uryu intervenes
4. Isshin intervenes
5. Nel intervenes
6. Grimmjow reappears (he's there somewhere)

Or 7. Kubo pulls his usual garbage and cuts back to Soul society getting obliterated.

Also since that's a sword and offed Opie, it's either Isshin or Grimmjow but most likely Isshin (i'm guessing) judging by how big his Getsuga Tensho was against Aizen. However since they seem to be ready to kill Urahara, it must be another member of the Hunting Corps.

Doubt it cause Urahara stood up against Aizen for a while in which this case he was stronger than all of the Espadas.
And he was scared shitless when he noticed the Zanpakotou in front of him. So its either Aizen or my second guess Gin.
