well i keep my utorrent open, but theres a FAQ on the site you can take a look at theres some sort of setting you can set your utorrent client to

thats good lol i think they give you a 3.0 ratio when you start.....i didnt seed for like the first like first few gb so my ratio went down my current ratio is at 2.385 with an upload of 1.092TB and DL of 468.887 :P
