My parents were very nice and went and ordered a new pair of headphones for me. Noise Canceling Headphones. I'm an Audiophile. Out of all the headphones there were to choose from, they had to get Noise canceling headphones. Now there might be a problem returning them, and my dad might want to keep them unless I take them....

WHY WOULD THEY GET NOISE CANCELING HEADPHONES?! That means all the quality I want will have been poured into the headphones making absolutely no sound, THEY'RE NOT FOR MUSIC!!!....why?

what about BOSE headphones, they are good noise cancelling and great audio quality.....even Sennheiser, Shure, Audio Technica makes good noise cancelling headphones....

My Beats are noise canceling and the quality is awesome.
Like Bloos said get BOSE for the best quality and sound cancelation.

These are Audio Technica ATH Anc7b's. I have a good pair of HD428's, not very expensive but strictly for music listening. Noise canceling headphones are a clear compromise between money and audio quality. These were under 200, and the audiophile headphones I wanted were exactly 200. they're going to sound just like my headphones. The others were going to sound twice as better.

nope only the AC one comes with white.

and I heard BO is more mediocore than it normally is. get AC, trade it, and get better game with it.

also I think AC got better reviews, BO got like average 2.5~3 out of 10.

I don't want sound cancelation, I want natural noise isolation. Think for a second how much noise canceling headphones would cost without the NC technology built in. They would be cheaper and make mediocre sound. Now think of better sound quality because the former noise canceling headphones are made more expensive because of better speakers/acoustics. Do you understand yet?

And yes I understand what you're saying. What I am saying was I have had many pairs of noise canceling headphones that had outstanding quality. I kind of collect headphones so I understand how they work.

All I'm seeing is you bitching about getting a probably nice pair of headphones for free....
