I don't recommend it. It should be watched in the order it has been released.

Bake -> Nise -> Neko -> Kizu (soon to be released)

Also got my hands on the final part of Nekomonogatari, very good. I love this series

Technically it is, but they kinda reference things that will happen in Bake and it will be very useful to have that knowledge beforehand.
