oh yea, you're in Europe so you got public transportation. If you're not in a big city in the US, a car is a necessity. My friends and I got our licenses at 16.

I don't drive my own car either, i did take a spin i my mothers car years ago.
Not a big fan of them, i prefer motorcycles. But i stick with my legs and public transportation.
Portugal isn't exactly the biggest of places
