It's probably just terrible optimization on the developers part. There is a chance that you may upgrade your gpu and still not see a notable difference.

That's 5 more FPSs than in the consoles, console games run at 30FPS with the exception of RAGE which runs at 60.
I got the same GPU that you have and an older CPU, Quad 2 Core 6600, never had problems with the game. Can't tell you the exact frames i was getting since in those types of games i don't really care, as long if it's above 30 im ok with it.
Games like Tribes or Quake 3 Arena i prefer high FPS count.

I haven't had a single issue with Dead Island with my AMD 1090T or my GTX 570, I run it on high-very high with no issue

I'm on my way to getting one. Though the cheapest ones worth getting run about $110. Pretty big chunk of change for a character that I don't really know much about :I I mean she's not in any real games or anime.

It'll be the first figure I buy purely for the art style and the sexiness of it. I guess it was bound to happen sometime as I run out of figures I have to get of characters I know.
