Nope he's not dead yet. He still has to have his epiphany about how wrong he was, become a good guy again and do something to hinder Madara by making the ultimate sacrifice...like every other major bad guy in this series.

It depends if Naruto dies or not I think. But after about 5 more chapters of turning Tobi, then we finally will deal with Madara.
