Well during the Chuunin Exams when he fought Naruto he did mentioned wanting to become Hokage then but I thought it was just a way to piss him off.

Hmm then maybe Sakura didnt summon Katsuyu, but its offspring. That certainly isn't Manda that Sasuke summoned.
